Getting New Michelins and adding toe to alignment help

    Tomorrow, i am getting new Michelin energy tires and adding toe
    to the alignment.

    how much toe should I add to the front for better handleing. I still want to stay within specs.

    No. The angle is so little that it doesn’t have any determinable effect on the mileage. It does have a significant effect on the stability of the car. IE. A tendency to not wander all over the lane.

    Good to know - thanks. I'm coming up on 20K with the OEM tires, and I'm tired of getting blown all over the place on a windy day. New tires - not sure what yet - and an alignment (+.05 toe) should do the trick.
