I just moved to LA and I took my 2013 Prius two to the Glendale Toyota dealership. They didn't install the oil filter correctly and all the oil poured out in the parking lot and then they wanted to start it up and drive it back to the shop bay which would have seized the engine. I had to argue with the kid that he isn't going turning it on and made them push it back. They also lied to me about my brake pads being completely worn out.

I need a quality reputable dealership or mechanic for my Prius maintenance in the Los Angeles area.

    Anyone have any recommendation?

I would've checked the oil level in the dipstick and make sure it's full before they start it. Pushing it back, depending on distance could get you some fresh dents/waves on the areas they pushed.

Best to DIY so you know it's done right.
