Good service in Albuquerque!

I just moved to Albuquerque, NM and had to get my 04 Prius oil changed. I took it to a local dealer (Karl Malone) since I had to get the warranty work done too. About 20min into my oil change, the tech came out with my cabin air filter. I was thinking 'oh, shoot, I didn't tell him to check that, I'm going to get charged extra labor'. I was surprised though! Instead, he just showed me the filter and said it was part of the standard checks. He quoted me prices for them to do it and for the part. When I told him I'd change it myself later, he didn't hassle me or anything.

The oil changes are about $30 ($18 if you bought your Prius there) but I don't mind paying it for great service and to know they are taking care of my car and not giving me the runaround.

Oh, and if they don't finish the oil change in 30 minutes it's free.

I'm definitely going back to Karl Malone Toyota.
