Google Trends: Prius vs. Hummer

Google recently launched their new Google Trends– where you can compare search trends.

So, I just had to compare Prius and Hummer.

A couple of items of interest;

1) Pleasanton is living up to its name with many more searches for Prii compared to Hummers. The only other city listed as pro Prii search (but just barely)???? . . . . The smuggy San Francisco. :lol:
2) Search volume is higher for Hummer, but Prius is trending up in both “search†and “news reference†categories . . . probably a gas price bump.
3) For countries, only Japanese search more for Prii.

But, if you leave the “W†out of the name, the numbers flop drastically.

But, I'm still currious about Perth's facination with Osama and Bush.

Maybe we should alert the NSA to do some data mining on Perth. :lol:
