Got a question about tire pressure on upgraded wheels...

    I recently upgraded to 17 inch wheels (215/45/17). The tire pressure maximum on the tire says 50psi. Now, at what psi should I inflate the front and back tires to help me maximize my mpg?

    The max of course. But you may out the center of the tread prematurely, and have a negative impact on handling, probably ride, if that matters... Myself, I'd try 40 and work from there.
