GPS display dark

    My display works on everything but the nav system. Audio, climate all funtion properly so you can see the mfd is working. When i switch to the nav screen it si dark. When it was working, it would sometimes scrample and then return to proper viewing. now it is dark all the time. Would changing the dvd player portion fix this?
