gps issue

    does anyone have issues with their phones gps navigation not working while the prius v is on?
    i've tried 3 different phones with gps and can't get any of them to work while the car is on.

    Are these phones plugged into the car or just in your hand? My phone does fine not plugged in but haven't tried plugged in. W

    That is very strange. Do they work in other cars or another Prius if available. Or maybe swing by a dealer to try? W
