GPS screen not working

My screen now only shows the Consumption screen, which works fine, but the touch screen doesn't work to get back to energy. The radio works, but none of the buttons work. So I can't get to the audio screen or the gps functions. Is this one of the problems covered under Toyota warranty? I have just passed 75,000 miles, which was the extended warranty period, i think. Could this be something like a fuse or loose connection or are we talking about replacing the whole thing? This is a 2005 and is the only problem I have had, other than having to replace rear running lights twice. I am sick at the thought of having to pay thousands to replace the whole package.
