I can across this Hybrid garage site when trying to figure out how to replace the HID bulbs. I was amazed to discover the bulbs can be replaced in 3 minutes and without having to take off the front bumper. I wish this garage was near me, they seem so much more honest than a "Stealership" and like their green business plan.

Maybe they can help me with the intermittent inoperative dash radio button issue.

Well, maybe not. Their site says to email them anytime for questions, so I did 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten a reply back.

How about calling them to make an appointment to have your car seen?

My Prius doesn't currently need service, nor would I drive 4 hours to take it there if it did. Besides I do my own maintenance and repairs when possible.

But, I asked them a question about the radio knob malfunction issue and had hoped for a reply via email. If I have to call them, then what's the point of giving our their email address and saying people they can contact them, if they don't reply?

Maybe because you're looking for free advice and they're a business.

And again, on their site they tell people to contact them if they have questions. They never said to contact them only if you spend money with them.
