Green cars earn parking perks at Business Park

This is in NJ. Even I think this is a strange way to "promote" greener vehicles.

STAFFORD TOWNSHIP - The best parking spots in the Stafford Business Park are a colorful sign of the times.

Adjacent to the blue handicapped parking spaces are dozens of green spaces, reserved for motorists who drive fuel-efficient vehicles or carpool to the stores. At least that's the intention.
