So I just blocked the upper and lower grill with the standard frost king and zip tie maneuver. On a 2 hour drive I really perceived some additional difficulty in maintaining a fog free windshield. I realize there are several other factors at work in my area today but just wondering if any of the veterans have noticed this. Especially those of you in humid climates.

Just use Auto/AC and you will not have any windshield fog. The fog has nothing to do with your blocked grill.

Grill blocking has nothing to do with the cabin air intake and cabin humidity.
