grille air shutter

Hi guys.
I'm a newbie here and I would truly appreciate your help.
so I bought this perius 2016 IV, one year ago with understanding that it was in accident and it was "total loss" but the guy fixed it with clean title (NOT salvage) and sold it to me. runs great but my engine light has been on for P05A0, P05A3, U0284. I called the dealer and said in their system it shows as salvage and warranty won't apply . I would truly appreciate your help to see what part it is that I need to change and any idea if this is covered under warranty (my car has 70K miles and im in NY) if there is a way around my situation.
how much is my cost if I want to go to local mechanic ? what parts do I need to purchase.
