Hey guys I was just about to buy some new tires for my car, I wanted to get the Yokohama Avid TRZ in the size 185/65/15 I tried to check out in tirerack.com but this is the message it gave me.

"OE tire is 86 load, which has 1lb more load than the gross axle weight rating on the car".

Would this tire work on my 2005 Prius, or should I look for a different one?

That tire would work on your Prius. The warning message is telling you that the original equipment Goodyear Integrity tire also had an 86 load rating. The load rating is an indication of how much weight the tire can bear.

Some other tires in the 185/65-15 size have a higher load rating. For example 88 is the rating of the Bridgestone Ecopia EP100, which is a summer tire that I use on both of my Prius.
