I'm just wondering if anyone has had to change out a flat tire, using the scissor jack that comes with the Prius. The jack is ok, but the tiny handle provided, to crank it up is almost worthless. It's too small to get any kind of leverage. So, I'm going to try to find a better handle.

I think you're supposed to use the lug wrench as a handle.

I used the jack a while back to rotate my tires. The handle was about the same as on other scissor jacks I've used, so it didn't strike me as bad.

    It worked fine for me.

Nope the handle is incorporated in to the jack.

Like I said it worked for me also, I had to put on my temp. spare so I could have a tire repaired. It did not seem bad to me either it worked like it should have.
