Does anybody know anything about these Hankook Kinergy XPs? Hankook Kinergy XP H446 All Season 195/50R19 88V Passenger Tire - Walmart.com

I see that the Goodyear Assurance Maxlife2 in the 195/50R19 size is now available to order in the US: Discount Tire | Tires and Wheels for Sale | Online & In-Person

There is also a Toyo winter tire in that size that I wasn't aware of earlier: Discount Tire | Tires and Wheels for Sale | Online & In-Person

Original design for Prius was to use Low Rolling Resistance (LRR) tires for maximum MPG. I've seen too many Prius owners go from 50mpg down to 40mpg because they bought "safest" tires...

Not sure about Gen5 Prius but for Gen2 I've always used Bridegestone Ecopias and then pump up tire pressures as high as Michelin Energy Savers max PSI. I'm not sure they make those particular Michelin anymore though...

For a decade or longer Costco would sell both of the ones mentioned above and alternate the discount on each brand every other month.
