has anyone heard of a aero hypermiling kit for prius 3rd gen?

    I heard there was a guy who was in Virginia that sold an aero kit for Prius gen 2 hypermiling that contained wheel skirts, aero wheel caps, and a grill block panel. Has anyone heard of this or something similar where I can get these add ons?
