Have a 2005 with tape player, can i just swap it out for newer Toyota stereo from 2007?

    my 2005 has a tape player and cd player and are not working. I has the JBL speakers. Can i swap this stereo out for a JBL stereo from my 2007 parts car?

    Along with this, but not as important...can I swap out my MFD with a newer one as well? i just like the look of the newer graphics is all.
