    Hey guys,
I have searched over the website using search tool and have seen many options about using an ipod. I am sorry to be another poster asking the same question, but is there an option besides the VAIS and DICE to have aux input.
I have an 05 that does not have aux, navigation, and is just the single cd player. It is the base model prius. I really don't mind to use the steering wheel controls, it does not even have to charge my ipod, I just want a way to plug my ipod in and hear it through my car's speakers. I can charge it at night and I don't mind using the ipod itself to select the song (though steering wheel controls would be sweet). Also I would like an aux input so that I can plug my portable dvd player and hear it through the speakers.
I saw the post about the potential US version of the glovebox option but it sounds like it is not going to be released to US.
    thanks a ton

The problem that I see with that is you have to create 5 custom playlists in order to use that (D6 will play all the songs). If you don't you only have access to the first 5 playlists you already have.

If you're willing to spend $150 bucks on that from eBay, why not just get a DICE kit for cheaper?

You can order it at a discount at the PriusChat online store. Look for the Prius Accessories link at the top of the page.
