:) Only three shopping days until Christmas !!

Is your Prius (like mine) a "member of your family?" Well, don't forget to get that special Christmas gift for your Prius.

Monday, I purchased a 12-volt tire inflating compressor for "Ernestine" (I named our Prius after Lili Tomlin's telephone operator character. My "Ernestine" makes some strange responses, thus her name.) Now her "shoes" can be kept at the "just right" pressure to maximize fuel mileage and tire longevity. I also bought her a set of chrome valve caps to replace the plastic originals.

Have a Merry Christmas and a Safe, Healthy, Prosperous New Year

    Charles, Pat and ERNESTINE
    :)

Ooh I want a compressor... I mean, my Prius wants a compressor!

I'm treating my Prius to its first oil change. :D He'll be so fresh and so clean!

A certain Speedracer hooked up Priapus with a 1/30 scale little brother. A Priapite, if you will. The post office attempted delivery this morning; I'm picking him up tomorrow.

Maybe i'll give my car ( name pending of possibly Victoria ) my compressor/jumper box/power box... For me and the car i supposed. So i can plug things in.. or power a tv for about an hour if i wish.. i should look into installing a 12 V line to where i'm keeping the box so it will charge every time the car is on. I won't fit in the center console, or else i would keep it there.

I got new license plate frames. They are a stained glass look that say 'Love my Prius". Very cute and much nicer than the dealer adverts we had.

The toy cars are from a company called at-car.com. They are about 4 inches long, so a nice size. My Japanese Prius contact found them for me - a whole set- I am so happy!!!.

The website looks as though they are out of stock. The website prices seems to be 4,725 yen or about $45.

    Translated at-car.com prius page

Also the original page for those who read Japanese:

I bought mine a new liscence plate holder that says "Kennedy Space Center: I need my space!" Prii are futuristic and geeky, so it just makes sense that my Prius would love something from NASA as much as I do. I can't wait to give it to him as a welcome home gift when I pick him up from the dealership. We shall bond well. :)

*bugs dealer* Is it here yet? Is it here yet? Is it here yet? Is it here yet?

Have I bought my toy a gift? No. But, for Christmas, my sister-in-law did get us . . . um, I mean our toy . . . a “Prius†license plate frame. One of those show quality, solid brass, "I'm here to protect your bumper" ones. :)
