So I have an 04 with the JBL speakers, no navigation or camera. This week while driving the MFD started going crazy. It has started working intermittently but occasionally is just flashing between the Lexus and Prius logo and restarting...I heard this might be that the head unit is a goner? So first, I want to make sure that that is the head unit that I need to change and not the MFD. Second, I want to just do a simple swap, but I wouldn't mind getting the aux feature from the newer gen 2s... If I get a head unit that has aux, that shouldn't cause any issues right?
