Headlight retrofit on prius c 2016 b430 b431 error

I bought 2016 prius c that it was involved in accident and previous owner has installed aftermarket non LED headlights, and now after i turn on headlights i will get an error on dash and after i scanned by OBD tool i got 2 code b2430 and b2431,”LED HEADLIGHTS Malfunction”. I searched about this issue and found out that LED headlights sending signal to ECU that shows , Headlights working however after retrofit, it can not get this signal.
I am looking for a waveform generator that can simulate exact signal for ECU and i wonder if anybody solved this issue in this way?
