Ok I'm still trying to figure out the climate system in my 2006 Prius.

I just found out that if I had the heater running at let's say 73 degrees
at some fan speed and I hit OFF. I still get heat from the vent just from
fresh air even a day later. I guess the heater stays on even if the fan is
not running. I like that but I wish it would still display the temperature I
set it to. The only way to display that temperature is to turn the fan back on.
    Is there another way?

I messed with this alot this weekend cause I like "Vent" mode with cool air. The only way I could get it to work was to do what you did. Turn it on, drop the temp, then turn it off. Kind of strange.

If you figure something else out or someone figures a hack, let us know.

    Same here!

It was driving me crazy the other day. I could not figure out why this would happen with the vent off...then I did the same thing you did. Kinda dumb.
