Hello Orange County CA Prius Owners/Owners in Waiting

    If you are interested in being informed of and getting together at an Orange County California Prius gathering, send me an Private Message with your email and I will add you to our list. We had a successful first meeting and are planning another in July.

    We also need volunteers to work on a Road Rally to Mount Baldy(a suggestion).

    Inventor00 is right, the last visit we all had a great time and shared lots of usefull information. I am really looking foreward to the next meet. A Road Rally would be really fun to have.

    I am absolutely in favor of this. From the 10 or 210 freeway, N on Mountain ave, left at a stop sign right under the HV power lines, then you are climbing. There, elev is about 1500 ft, after 11 mi you are in Mt Baldy Village at about 4200 ft. End of road (the tramway parking lot) is 7.5 twisty miles more, ending about 7800 ft.

    We could all reset our mpg at the bottom and get those low climbing numbers. Descending you get the full screen.

    Anyway the Mt Baldy Lodge probably can accomodate us, but I have not spoken with them yet. When everybody feels like heading for the hills, I will do so.

    Hi! I was added "automatically" to this group, but I'm a good deal North of Orange County, in Culver City (next to West Los Angeles). Is there any way I can be moved over to that group?

    (not that I dislike any of you guys...)

    I added anyone who looked even close to Orange County, because sometimes we get in your neighborhood... grin.

    Though actually this Sat is our meeting in San Juan Capistrano- Some will visit the Mission afterwards.

    You might try the LA group they are closer to you than the OC...
