Just got my Prius and waiting for the fuel savings to add up. I am retiring my 1993 Wrangler Soft Top Jeep with 171,000 miles and 19.5 MPG. Hope to average 50 MPG in Prius after the break-in. I have a 40 miles one way to work with 3 miles being a 12% to 14% continuous grade and very curvy. That mountain loves the gas and tires.

    Welcome to Prius Chat!!
One way to help with the MPG's is to raise the PSI in the tires to 42 front and 40 rear. Hope This Helps.:plane:

:welcome: to PC and Prius ownership, you'll love the car. If you averaged 19.5 with your Wrangler you were doing very well. I had an '00 which I sold recently, it had the 4.0L I6 and I was lucky to get 18 on the highway, 13 around town.
