Anyone know what could be causing my red traingle, (!) and VSC lights to display? It happened after I briefly, accidently shorted the 12v battery against the frame. Is it safe to drive?

Was your Prius in "Ready"" mode when the short occurred? If so you may have blown the fuse from the inverter battery charging circuit and driving your car is not advised as the little 12v battery will quickly run down.

Thanks, I got a similar response to my post on the maintenance thread from Patrick Wong. I think I have an old low battery. Shorting may have just kicked it over the edge.
