12v battery is dead? Very carefully get a jump following the instructions in the owner's manual. You can use the physical key in the fob to unlock the driver door, if necessary. You may need to pull the door handle half way out to get the lock to engage the key.

HV battery completely dead? Tow to a dealer, it needs a special charger if you can't start the hybrid system. (HV battery is used to start the engine to charge the HV battery.)

If neither of those, please be more specific.

We need more info because There are different types of "dead".

Or, as Miracle Max clarified in a slightly different context:
