I recently took my Prius 2005 150k miles to a hybrid specialist in Santa Monica CA

They charged me $1030.00 to fix a problem that made the Red Triangle, Break, ABS, (!), and VSC lights come on and stay on.

They said they had to replace a headlight sensor and calibrate the breaks. I got the car back and everything seemed fine until after two weeks later my girlfriend was driving and all of a sudden the care wouldn't run
she somehow managed to turn it off and on and drove it about 3 miles back home. After that we turned the car on to try to take it back to the mechanic and got stranded on the freeway entrance.

The car does not go into ready mode anymore it just completely refuses to do so. I checked the 12V battery and it said it was low around 11.4V I took it to auto zone to get tested and they told me it was fully charged so I put it back and it started and even drove but after a block all the lights came back on and the car refused to run again.

I am getting it towed to the shop tomorrow hoping they will fix it without charge but I wanted to get an opinion here to see if anybody has had a similar experience.

Thanks in advance for your time and advice.

    Cesar

I'm also thinking that the 12V battery is actually not working. Maybe the autozone device used to test batteries is not working?
why would the car tell me it was bellow 12

sounds like the car's overheating and stopping. I would suspect the inverter pump has failed again. It's strange you've had repeat failures of this pump before too.
