help to download contacts from iphone 4s to 2008 prius

    can someone help me. I am trying to get my contacts from my Iphone 4s to my 2008 prius. Can this be done? I really don't want to have to input them all manually. Is there an easy way? I have an Iphone and Ipad but do not have mac or laptop as I saw mentioned in some posts. Help would be appreciated for someone that is not a techie. Thanks!
