    No issues until now

Triangle is on along with VSC, check engine and among others.

Battery is reading fully charged. What's going on?

This is an excellent short video of how easy replacing the battery pack is.

I was driving home from work tonight when all is the sudden it was Christmas and my dash was the tree.

VSC, engine, triangle, some other light that looks like a circle with ! In the middle. Along with on the nav a picture of a car with a ! In the middle.

Had a cheap scan tool in the car. Zero codes pop up. Took it home where I have my Autel.

No engine codes, one module said to replace the HV battery.

Is there anything else going on here?

Actually watched that a few weeks ago

Replacing it isn't the issue for me

    Previous owner had it replaced.

    Has a warranty apparently.

I think they only swapped a few cells rather than the while thing

    Care to share the DTCs?
From which company, and is it transferable?

    Could be the HV battery

Can you see live data for each of the 14 Battery blocks?

If not get an elm 327 adapter and Dr Prius app. ( Or torque Pro app)

Look for any blocks that are much higher or lower than the rest.

I think they only replaced a few cells.

Total for the job was 500.00

I don't think that'd cover the cost of the 28 cells themselves. Let alone labor

I know this scan tool can do live data.

    Just don't know how.

    That'll be for tomorrow

    If this helps lmk.

Only codes where found in the third module.

Didn't see a physical address, please report back with their contact # if they fail to honor that warranty.
Quite possible that scanner isn't totally compatible with your vehicle, there could be some missing DTCs.
Hopefully it will be enough to cover their fuel to fix it over the next six (6) months o_O

    That's a generic code.
I'm looking for something like p3011 or something near that range.

With the $6 Torque Pro app and a Bluetooth OBDII adaptor you can see live data like this.

Easy to quickly see the outlier.
Notice block 8 is vastly different than all the rest. Block 8 at 15.2v, rest are above 16v. This is bad news. Failed module.

Did the car go into limp mode when the lights came on?

After the car sat for a bit, did it run normally?

Is there movement in the reservoir for the inverter coolant?

Are all fuses in tact, or are any blown?

These are classic signs of the failed inverter pump.
