Help With Air Bag

    HELP,WE HAVE A 04 PRIUS WITH AN AIR BAG LIGHT THAT WILL NOT GO OUT.I HAVE USED A MODIS AND A MASTERTECH SCAN TOOL AND HAVE NO CODES.I CAN INDUCE A CODE ,SO I KNOW THAT IT IS A WORKING SYSTEM. I HAVE REPLACED THE COMBINATION METER IN HOPES THAT IT WAS MAYBE SHORTED INTERNALLY,BUT NO DICE,STILL ON.:confused:

    If your plug in tools aren't working on the car, your best bet is to take the car to a Toyota dealership, they can find out what is wrong with the airbag, and fix it, with you incurring a cost probably.

    You might want to take off the CAPS, its like you are yelling.

    I think that the airbag system has a 60 mo/60K warranty, check your manual, if it does, it should be under warranty, unless you are over the miles.
