Start by learning how to use the "search" feature - this is a weekly topic. In the mean time, here are some threads I found:

I presume you're talking about the OEM button. If you just want the EV mode, there are other methods, some which are easier to install.

If you are talking about the Costal Tech EV switch, it's a very easy install. If you don't want to try it yourself, you could have an independent mechanic do it. Estimated time for an experienced mechanic to do it is 20 minutes.

If you are talking about installing an actual button, that's harder and more work, because of the dashboard disassembly, but the electrical connection stuff is very simple.

Note that, while it's a lot of fun to have the button, the conditions under which it can improve efficiency are extremely limited, and improper use of EV mode will actually reduce efficiency. Be sure you understand the best use of EV mode before you decide whether you really want it. You will absolutely, guaranteed, get worse mileage if you use EV mode every time you can. That said, there are times, especially in very cold weather when the car warms up slowly, when being able to use EV mode briefly can help. And there are times when its fun to impress people with how quiet the car can be.
