Recently I started to notice a small hesitation during accelration, epically when shifting from full elect to hybrid drive (engine + elect) or when going from the first half of the Eco bar to the second bar
I tried to drive using normal and Eco mode same things happens,
Checked my Car using OBD also there is no code
Today the hesitation was noticeable like the car is losing power to move, it was during a traffic jam, and I was driving below the in the first half of the Eco bar, and after the battery left with 2 bar this happened when the car started the engine to charge the battery
Car odo meter is 115k mile
Changed the spark plug last year with oem ones
    Oil changed before 3 months

sounds like a fuel/air problem. i would check the battery health with dr. prius, then move on to the air filter, throttle body and etc.

you can just pull the air filter, tap it out, and make sure you can see light through it.

Battery cooling fan? Have you checked/cleaned it?

You're certain the plugs weren't counterfeit? Fake ones usually work great, for a little while.

The sound you describe is pretty normal behavior.

The battery cooling fan is under the left rear seat. Look at the intake in the plastic panel down there. The panel comes out pretty easily, and you can clean the intake to the battery cooler fan right there.

There are youtube videos that show how to do the whole thing very well with a vacuum cleaner.
