HEV to PHEV conversion

I am an Electrical Engineering student at Western Kentucky University currently looking at the process of converting a Prius HEV to a PHEV. I am seeking any help/insight/suggestions from all sources.
I have read through the instructions from the website that shows the details (will not allow me to post the site until I have made 5 posts) . There is a schematic shown for the Control Board used for the interim control route. Is there anyone with an updated version of this schematic.
Also, any information on any success or failure of this conversion would be greatly appreciated
