Could be head gasket failure, at cylinder #1 (passenger side end of engine). How many miles on it? Have you ever cleaned the intake manifold and Exhaust Gas Recirculation components?

P0301 means a misfire in cylinder 1, for any of the usual reasons (they don't all have to be THE BLACK DEATH).

Anybody find P219A in a 2011 manual? It's not in my 2010 book. Was that code read with Techstream, or some other tool?

The Repair Manual (more info) for 2011 says diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P219A is Bank 1 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance. The detection condition is an “air fuel ratio imbalance between the cylinders” that exceeds any of several thresholds.

Thanks. I would then suspect that the P219A is simply secondary to the misfiring in cylinder 1, causing an unexpected amount of unburned fuel to be present in the exhaust.
