    Whoops! Sorry.

Also, he's got to be absolutely kidding for that kind of price. I can't tell which package/equipment level he's got but I don't even think that starting price is decent if he restored everything back to stock.

Gotta love the step on the trailer hitch. I guess that's to reach the rear wing to adjust it for maximum downforce with minimum drag. Obviously the wing mist add 5 MPG. And the scoop. Everyone needs a stick-on, non-functioning scoop.

This convinces me that, "Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder"

Imagine if the owner were to post on this site - his signature would take a page to list everything that's painted on, glued on, screwed on, or otherwise modified.

If this is the same car that I am thinking of, that owner was not content to just change the exterior appearance. He thought that the engine intake air temp sensor had no value and used a fixed resistor to force the engine ECU to think the air was hot although it may actually be cold - in an effort to improve mpg.

Actually, this is a half-serious question. What is a spoiler like that supposed to do?

in the other post, i asked what were the round reflectors for.........still wondering.

PRIUSROS - a spoiler is supposed to be used for DOWNFORCE. Since the prius is a front wheel drive car, a rear spoiler would not do much except for looks. too much downforce in the rear would cause the front to lift, loosing acceleration.

    yeah, not for me.

Thanks -- I have really always wondered. In that case, spoilers on any front-wheel drive car doesn't make any sense, does it?

And a spoiler like that monstrosity -- I don't see how it serves any purpose at all, even on a rear-wheel drive. Wouldn't it actually cause additional drag?
