High Breed!

I washed the car today so I thought whilst it's clean I'll take a few pictures. So in order to get a decent setting I drove to our local woods and parked up. I was busy taking pictures when I man emerged from the woods and wandered over. Is that one of them high breeds? he said. I was about to correct him when I noticed that he had that sort of look that lead me to believe that challenging him in any way could quite possibly result in me being dragged off into the woods where I would be treated to a rendition or two on a banjo before being dismembered and disposed of in a shallow grave.
Yes I said that's right. He then told me that it isn't really that eco friendly and that he bought an old car that cost him very little. Fair enough I thought. Then he did something completely out of character for an Englishman, he decided to give me chapter and verse on his entire life as it played out over the last six months. This involved both people and dogs dying and culminated in the story of his purchase of a caravan that had developed a leak that caused him to make a claim against the company from whom he had acquired it. Apparently he had paid cash for the caravan and as such he had little or no hope of making his claim stick. Once again I thought better of disagreeing with my new friend, who by now I was convinced was related to Charles Manson. He then felt the need to tell me that the leak manifested it's self as a flooding of the toilet and he had only bought the caravan because it had a toilet as he has to go numerous times through the night!

I had now reached the point where I was no longer listening to him as all my brain power was concentrated on a plan to escape from this chap before he invited me to the inevitable banjo recietal.

However the best I came up with was, well I must get on with these picture. Needless to say that cut no ice with him and he moved onto the next instalment of his life. Then without any warning he lost interest in me and my high breed and walked back into the woods from whence he came.

In the event that he had gone to get his banjo I decided to make a swift exit.

It's funny really as you can spend an age trying to eliminate reflections and then they turn out to be quite nice lol

 

Yeah all those pictures are fairly heavily edited

I have heard that the Prius here has some subtle differences to the version in the US.
The wheels are 17" and are factory fit. They were standard with the 10th anniversary model here in the UK.
