    Just depends on how long you want to keep it going. I mean there are Cubans with nearly 60 year old daily drivers!

    There's a priuschat commercial driver who traded in his 09 with 400,000+ miles for a new V and it was still running strong.

    Most cars don't die because the drive components die....they die because their owners euthanize them, and this is because they get to be "too expensive to fix."
    Fotomoto made a very astute point. The reason the folks in Cuba keep cars running so long???

    They have to! :D

    Your G3 will be around for as long as you want to keep it around.....well.....unless it gets squashed by another car, that is....:eek:
