How do you Edit Title of a Thread

    For some reason I am not seeing how to EDIT a thread title.
    I know I saw it once but now it escapes me.
    Also I noticed if you search on "EDIT TITLE" there is no help.
    So this post ought to solve both questions.

    I think at one time with the old forum software we could, maybe? Now I think you would have to ask a Mod. to do it for you, I have and they have changed it for me.

    With the new software we are supposed to be able to edit Thread title.
    Hill just fixed one of his Thread titles. So at least Hill has the power.
    Maybe I was bad and lost the privilege?

    Has anybody figured out how to edit our own thread titles? who are the mods here that can help?
