how do you get the radio station or CD track to overlay?

    I have seen pictures of people's touchscreen units showing the radio station as an overlay to another screen. It appears as a little titlebar. How do you get it to do that?

    Is it possible that what you've seen is the "Climate" screen (for example) and the steering wheel [Mode] or [ /\ ] or [ \/ ] were pressed? This will create the temporary "title bar" effect you have described.

    Perhaps. But what I would like to do is see what is currently playing, without switching to the next track or the next radio station.

    That's why I opted for a new, separate head unit. Now I can see everything.
