How Long Should it take to install the EBH Went to my Toyota Dealer with the EBH in hand. Asked to have it installed.
First they recommended that I not install one.
Than they said they have never installed one.
Than they said leave the car overnight and they will install it.
    Should I be worried??
They charge 90.00 per hour labor.
    Thanks for any help!! :)

    15-30min in experienced hands.
You're gonna get raped no matter what you do here if you let the dealer do it.
It's worth buying some ramps, reading the posts here on how to do it yourself and getting up-close and personal with the underbelly of your car.

I agree with Evan. I was fortunate to have FireEngineer install mine (who has done 100 or so and has it down to 15-20 minutes), but if he hadn't been available I would have tackled the job myself -- and I have virtually no mechanical aptitude. There are more than enough threads and tips here to coach you through the process. This one in particular has pics.

Yes, you may be better off doing it yourself than paying them to learn how. Like Jim said, Wayne did mine in less than 30 minutes, start to finish. Count on an hour or so. once you get the plug in, then you're just running and fishing the wire to the front grill.

    Good luck!!

You are lucky your dealer would take it on! My dealer said Toyota didn't make one and a "freeze plug" would have to be drilled out to install one. On second thought, maybe that's what your dealer wants to do

It is a much more fulfilling and inexpensive thing to do what the above posts state.

    Thanks For The Replies!!
I had left the car at the dealer before getting them ( Replies )
That was on Saturday. They called me and said they could not do it Saturday as they were too busy. Asked If I could leave it at dealer until Monday.
I am waiting for their call. I will let you guys know the final result.
