How to fix the twisted Driver side seat belt in Prius-C?

    As in following images driver side seat belt in my Prius-C (Technically Aqua, because I'm from Sri Lanka) is twisted. (Passenger side one is fine. 4th Not the buckle, the entire belt is twisted. I don't think this normal. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this?
