There is a whistling sound so I want to replace the foam gasket around it, but I dont want to break the speaker getting it off!

The trim piece near the outside mirror that mounts the speaker is held by a spring clip and a plastic panel retainer.

I use a small pry tool under the top edge near the spring clip to pop it loose, then tilt the panel inward and pop the retainer at the bottom.

Pretty simple to remove. Follow advice above. Replacements for the entire assembly.
.including speaker...are like $10 USD at local junkyards.

I used a pry tool on the top, and broke the spring clip. But the plastic clip seems to be holding well enough. I must not have pryed it in the right direction.

But at least the whistling wind noise is gone.
