Hp Ipaq 6315 another recall?

    I was getting ready to buy my Ipaq today and when I went to the website it was gone again?! Are they refixing it? How long will I have to wait? Whats the difference between the original, the second, and the newest? I just want a new phone why are they torturing em like this?
