What causes humming noise in front while driving and it gets louder when turning right?

Most likely wheel bearing. Could also be cupped tires.

Humming from front is either bad tires...or bad wb...or if only on the passenger side may be blown transaxle.

Whats the miles and has the trans fluid every been replaced?

As the others have stated, most likely a bad drivers side wheel bearing since it gets louder when turning right, which is putting more load on the left wheel.

Same sound here. More of a howl to me! If it's making a noise when you turn to the right, then it is probably your left bearing. Had both of my front wheel bearings replaced 2 weeks ago. Car-X did that plus disks, rotors, water pump and transaxle fluid for $1000 out the door (included all taxes and shop fees). Toyota wanted $3000! Car is quiet again. 10 years/100,000 miles will do again, if needed.
