I want to take my car back home...
How can i repair it my self? I dont want to spend more money on dealers...

What do i need to do after replacing or cleaning the hv fan?

Are you sure it was HV battery over temp or was it HV inverter overtemp?

If you're sure it was the battery, step one would be to make sure you haven't blocked the air suction opening for the fan. If you were sitting in the rear passenger seat, the air supply vent/suction to the battery fan would be right behind your right arm near your elbow. Any chance a family member had a pillow or blanket wedged up on it?
