My initial issue was p0a80, p3016 and p3017, I tore the battery down and replaced cell 6 and 7 but one it was together now I'm getting p3011 which is cell 1. I replaced it with an extra cell I bought and I'm still getting p3011. could I have an issue with the sensor? did I put something back together wrong? I'm kinda at my wits end with it and wondering if anyone has had a similar issue.

Perhaps you replaced the wrong modules? P3016 is "block 6 becomes weak". P3017 is "block 7 becomes weak". Each block is made up of 2 modules. On a Gen 2, the block numbering starts with #1 at the end furthest from the ecu. So Block 6 is modules 11 and 12 from that end. Block 7 is modules 13 and 14 from that end.

P3011 is "block 1 becomes weak" which is modules 1 and 2 on that end.

Either or both of the modules in a "weak block" can be bad.

Again, if you replaced "cell 6 and 7" perhaps you replaced the wrong ones?

Yeah that sounds like where I went wrong. Thankfully I labeled them all as I went so pulling the right ones should be quick and mostly easy this time, thank you.
