Hybrid engine check engine light on! 2006 Prius still runs. What's happening?

Driving along this evening when both check engine and check hybrid engine lights came on. Managed to get the three blocks home where I turned off car, waited and turned it back on. Light were still on. Any ideas??

 

Should add that it has 41,000 miles on it and had auxiliary battery replaced last August.

 

Thanks so much! It's so disconcerting to have both check engine lights suddenly go on! I have downloaded Dr Prius, but need to get the Bluetooth thingy (technical term ). Any guidance on getting the most out of it gratefully recived!

The funny thing is that if parking were easier in San Francisco, it would probably have half that mileage! Sooo much circling to find a spot!
