hybrid warning light on after crash(then repaired)

    anyone know if the hybrid system needs to be reset after a crash? i rebuilt an 04 with front end damage (no airbag deployment)but i get the hybrid system warning light and cannot get the ready light so engine wont start or drive. scanned for codes with my own hand held scanner and no codes are present.

    you need to make sure everything is plugged in and there are no problems with your rebuild, ( check for codes ) you cant reset it if theres a code after hooking up the 12 volt battery, if u get codes after leaving batt off for a hour or so that means theres a issue you need to fix.
