Why would you buy it with 127k and then ask if you're in trouble? To hear people say oh no this thing will last you a million miles, don't worry?

If so, don't worry, it will last you a million miles.

Since you have 07, those are mostly highway miles. It should easily go over 300k miles.

No worries, an 07 with 127k still has a lot of life. Welcome aboard!

Well you can buy a used car at several states of being.

Less than average number of miles for the age of the vehicle.
Average number of miles for the age of the vehicle.
Above average number of miles for the age of the vehicle.

I'd say you are clearly in the 3rd category.

Are you in trouble? Well at least you know you own a vehicle that has been able to go 127k miles...so it's not a lemon...

I think you will be faced with any and all mechanical problems that 127k miles of travel could create in any vehicle. I'd recommend the service that anyone reaching that milestone should apply.

But a "young" vehicle, with high miles...can be a good bargain. Get it checked out and enjoy. With some dilligence and care, you could easily put your own 127K miles on the vehicle...

Congrats on your Prius and welcome to PriusChat. I bought my Prius believing it will serve me for 300,000 miles and more, so I think you'll have many, many miles of enjoyment.

    Happy Motoring,

    Tom
