I cracked my rear bumper

    Hello, I backed into a metal contraption at work last night,during the storm that ruined the LSU game, and cracked and dented my rear bumper. You can see the energy foam absorber behind the cracks. I'm pretty sure my insurance wont cover it. I'm wondering if it looks like it needs to be repaired immediately or can wait a while.     That crack itself is only visual fault. So if bumper is staying attached it doesn’t really matter. So if the seam between car body and bumper is normal you can drive for as long as you want.

    You're talking plastic & styrofoam. Look for a used one of the same color in a salvage yard. If you can live with the damage let it be.

    It's not as bad as mine! I fixed it professionally with some duct tape.:whistle:

    I hope you weren't driving in those flip flops. You need secure footwear to safely operate a car.

    Meh, a good fitting pair of flip-flops are secure. Perfectly safe.

    HaHa nope! I was wearing my slip resistant work shoes! :DDon't hate on my OP super grip flip flops I drive with them all the time.:p
